Mbulelo discovered his talent and passion for trail running during the X-Berg Challenge in 2015. From a complete rooky getting lost in the wilderness en-route and ending up sleeping with local herdsmen in the Drakensberg he has developed into a fantastic endurance athlete.

In the past two years Mbulelo has participated in several ultra races and plan on doing a lot more in the future.
